1 Resolution 13-17: A Resolution to Give Senate and 2 Cabinet the Duty of Approving the SOBC Proposal 3 4 5 6 7 WHEREAS, The executive branch of the Student Government has complete control of the financial request to SOBC for the next academic year; and WHEREAS, Senate or Cabinet has no control of approving the budget; now, therefore, be it 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 RESOLVED, By the Student Government of Wright State University here assembled, that: 1. Senate and Cabinet must vote approve of the SOBC proposal with majority approval; and 2. If the Senate and Cabinet decides not to pass the budget the first time, revisions must be made; and 15 3. If the Senate decides not to pass the second budget proposal, Student Government 16 may either submit the previous year’s SOBC proposal or present another proposal 17 until the Senate and Cabinet approves it; and 18 4.
