The evidence must contain documented permission from the organisation managing the site to record information relating to that site. All evidence submitted for assessment must be accurate, written in a style and language which meets the client organisation’s needs, requirements of current industry practice, and the presentation standards generally accepted for sports turf technical documentation. Range: 1.3 Explanation documents key components of contracts in terms of their role and significance in achieving contract outcomes. Range: 1.4 key components include but are not limited to – applicable standards, performance bonds, subcontractors, contractor’s general obligations, indemnity, insurance, defects, liability. Range: 2.2 Specification meets all sports turf organisation and planning and approval requirements and specific site construction or maintenance requirements. Range: 2.3 information includes but is not limited to – soil and site analysis, access, underground services, aerial photographs, site plan. system design or maintenance overview, site description, access, order of operations, timing and extent of works, soil handling, ground conditions, inclement weather procedures, traffic regulation, health and safety, site maintenance, materials storage, resource allocation, public and privately owned services, quality control, personnel and staffing, monitoring procedures. Specification uses numbered paragraphs and headings to identify items covered. Range: items include but are not limited to – order of events, methods of construction or maintenance, standard of work, types of material and plant, cross referencing with relevant drawings, cross referencing with items in the bill of quantities. Range: format requirements – item number, item description, quantity, unit, rate, price. 3.2 Cross referencing of item descriptions in the bill of quantities to the relevant paragraphs in the specification of work is logical and accurate. 3.3 Pricing of all items accurately reflects current rates exclusive of goods and services tax. element 4 Prepare drawings to accompany the specification of works. performance criteria 4.1 Drawings provide key information relating to the type and nature of the work in a manner which minimises the chance of misinterpretation by the contractor. Range: 4.2 information presented may include but is not limited to – site survey, proposed finished site layout, site access and storage of materials, site levels, finished levels, site boundary, all construction, installation and maintenance work to be completed. Information on all drawings is presented in accordance with applicable standards. Range: information includes but is not limited to – name of client, location of site, designer, scale, date, reference number of other plans, dimensioning, symbols, identifying site features, orientation.
