identified in terms of legislative requirements.

All instances of serious harm are reported to the Occupational Safety and
Health Service of the Department of Labour in accordance with the health and
safety plan.
3.3
Accidents are examined, and remedial action is taken in accordance with the
health and safety plan.

Employment Act 1992.
