Purpose
This theory-based unit standard is for people who work in the
industrial textile fabrication industry. People credited with this
unit standard are able to demonstrate knowledge of: seaming;
and finishing work, in the industrial textile fabrication industry.

Definition
Industry requirements refer to those practices and procedures commonly used as
standard procedures to produce items of acceptable merchantable quality in the
industrial textile fabrication industry.
