Performance criteria 1.1 Methods and venues for sale and purchase are described in terms of the requirements of each. 1.2 Methods of sale are described in terms of the costs and risks. 1.3 Tuberculosis is described in terms of compliance requirements of the deer farmer as stipulated by the AHB National Pest Management Strategy. 1.4 The sale and movement of deer are described in terms of the associated tuberculosis compliance requirements, and Animal Status Declaration (ASD) requirements. 1.5 Transport of deer between sale and purchase is described in terms of the DeerQA compliance requirements, and NAIT. Please note Providers must be accredited by NZQA, or an inter-institutional body with delegated authority for quality assurance, before they can report credits from assessment against unit standards or deliver courses of study leading to that assessment. Industry Training Organisations must be accredited by NZQA before they can register credits from assessment against unit standards. Accredited providers and Industry Training Organisations assessing against unit standards must engage with the moderation system that applies to those standards.
