Evidence requirements 1.1 Purpose of post-mortem animal product examination is described. 1.2 Animal product post-mortem examination techniques are described. Range 1.3 view, palpate, incise, smell. Disease indicator systems generic for all species are described in accordance with those detailed for post-mortem examination in the service provider’s documented system. Outcome 2 Describe the post-mortem appearance and the judgement and disposition for diseases and defects generic to animals.
