Outcome 2 Train team members in cleaning tasks and monitor progress. Evidence requirement 2.1 Training is provided for cleaning team members in cleaning tasks required of them. 2.2 Team member’s performance is monitored and recorded in accordance with organisational requirements. 2.3 Feedback about task completion is provided to team members. The feedback is referenced against organisational standards. Outcome 3 Assign cleaning tasks to team members. Evidence requirements 3.1 Tasks are assigned to team members qualified to perform them. 3.2 Cleaning tasks that are different from those already undertaken or in a new environment are planned and assigned. Range planning may include – allocation of tasks, time, and resources. Outcome 4 Communicate with management and client. Evidence requirements 4.1 Liaison with management and client is in accordance with organisational requirements. 4.2 Reporting mechanisms of own organisation and those agreed with the cleaning client are met.
