Enterprise procedures referred to in this unit standard are the applicable procedures found in the following: enterprise exposition; manufacturer publications; Government and local body legislation; airworthiness authority requirements. 2 Assessment of this unit standard is to take place on a system fitted to an aircraft to replicate the interdependence of aircraft systems and on-aircraft safety precautions. 3 This unit standard is designed for assessment in a training environment. 4 The scope of the systems that this standard relates to may include but is not limited to those described in ATA iSpec 2200, chapters 62, 63, 65, and 67. Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Apply aeronautical engineering knowledge and skills to maintain generic helicopter rotors. Evidence requirements 1.1 Aeronautical engineering safety precautions are applied to the maintenance of generic helicopter rotors. 1.2 Aeronautical engineering publications are interpreted and applied to the maintenance of generic helicopter rotors. 1.3 Aeronautical engineering documentation practices are applied to the maintenance of generic helicopter rotors.
