Enterprise procedures referred to in this unit standard are the applicable procedures found in the following: enterprise exposition; manufacturer publications; Government and local body legislation; airworthiness authority requirements. 2 Range may include but is not limited to – database files to word processed files and vice versa. Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Convert and transfer aeronautical electronic files between software packages. Evidence requirements 1.1 Task is determined by reviewing documentation and enterprise procedures. 1.2 Resources are obtained and checked for serviceability or status in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range computer, electronic storage media, publications. 1.3 File conversion programme is set up in accordance with enterprise procedures. 1.4 Electronic files are converted and transferred to electronic files in other software packages in accordance with enterprise procedures. Evidence requirements 2.1 Electronic files are stored in accordance with enterprise procedures. 2.2 Electronic storage media is prepared for storage, transit or use in accordance with enterprise procedures, and task requirements. 2.3 Documentation is completed in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range 2.4 labels, work cards, certification. Work area is left in a condition that enables the next task to begin.
