Major sectors of the floor and wall tiling industry are identified, and described in
terms of the scope of work undertaken by a floor and wall tiler.
Range
1.2
Common work processes undertaken by floor and wall tilers are identified and
described, and reasons for the processes are explained.
Range
1.3
preparing surfaces, setting out tiles, installing tiles.
Potential clients of a floor and wall tiler are identified and the nature of the
relationship is described.

Potential supply relationships of a floor and wall tiler are identified and the

credits from assessment against unit standards.
