Evidence for this unit standard must be obtained in an i-SITE Visitor Centre
workplace.

Definitions
i-SITE Visitor Centre refers to an operation that is a full or associate member of
Visitor Information Network Incorporated.
i-SITE Visitor Centre workplace policies and procedures refer to documented
instructions about workplace expectations. These may include but are not limited to
– customer service delivery, personal presentation, legislation, organisational
structure, business objectives, instruction manuals, and membership standards and
requirements.

Daily cash reconciliation is performed in accordance with i-SITE Visitor Centre
workplace policies and procedures.

reconciliation of ticket list totals to external reservation systems.

Any discrepancies are identified and rectified in accordance with i-SITE Visitor
Centre workplace policies and procedures.

Evidence requirements
2.1
The monitoring systems are described in terms of audit trail reporting in
accordance with i-SITE Visitor Centre policies and procedures.
