December 3, 2014 Meeting Notes Update
The following items were discussed and finalized.
1. November Meeting Notes:
* We want to add that an element in the new Program Review and Annual Unit Plan
processes should include a section that details assessment of prior Program Review
Goals/Activities.
2. Revised further the Core Data Elements (page 4 in existing manual): *see attached document
3. Definitions (page 9 in existing manual) needs additional discussion: *see attached document
4. Revised the Purpose and Goals (page 1 in existing manual): *see attached document
5. Revised the Components in the Process (page 2 in existing manual): * see attached document
6. Revised the Instructional Program Review Team (page 3 in existing manual): *see attached
document
7. Revised the Instructional Program Review Summaries of Results page: *see attached
document
8. Agreed to refine and include two templates: 1. Resource Needs Reporting Template and 2.
Integrated Planning Template
9. Agreed to a meeting schedule of the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 1 – 2:30
p.m. and all meetings will be the Department of General Services (DGS) conference room. First
meeting in 2015 will be January 28, 2015.
