1. Please use the following procedures to report student enrollment. College funding is
directly dependent on accurate attendance verification. Attendance Verification Day is
April 30 2010.
2. Your attendance verification roster for full-term classes will be available on-line from
April 29 through May 10. Admissions and Records will not be able to accept paper
attendance verification rosters.
3. This is the last opportunity to drop students who have not attended your class from
February 9 (the day after Census Day) until April 30.
4. Only the Census and Attendance Verification Rosters permit faculty drops. Your final
grade rosters will not accept drops.
5. You will not be able to add students on this roster. If you have any problems or
questions regarding students not appearing on your roster, please contact the college
Admissions and Records Office.
6. Students who opt for a P/NP grade must have chosen this option prior to the fourth
week of instruction. You will not be able to make the change on this roster.
7. IMPORTANT - REMINDER! April 30 is the last day for students to drop a fullterm credit class and receive a “W”. Any student who withdraws after April 30 must
receive a letter grade or a FW.
PLEASE NOTE: The FW grade indicates a failing grade because the student has
ceased to participate in the class sometime after the withdrawal deadline. The FW
grade is treated in the same manner as an F grade for the purposes of calculating
GPA, course repetition, and academic standings for probation/dismissal.
