FALL 2013-14 ROSTER VERIFICATION
Due to course enrollment issues discovered in the data extracted from PowerSchool, the Fall
Roster Verification will be delayed one week. Principal/District Preview will begin January 20,
2013. This will allow the EVAAS system to process the correct data and ensure that teachers
and administrators will have fewer errors in the rosters they verify.
Below is the updated window. Please note that this will shorten the number of weeks the teachers
have to verify their rosters from four weeks to three weeks; it will not extend the window past
the original end date.

We have made adjustments to the Roster Verification based on your feedback and suggestions.
We appreciated your feedback and believe that you will be pleased with the updates we have
made and to the additional guidelines we have provided. A recorded webinar on the updates to
Roster Verification 2013-14 along with resource documents will be posted to the SAS and
NCDPI Educator Effectiveness websites January 13th.
