Discuss status of Grant request initiatives from the State and Federal
Departments and Earmarks from Congress (Staff Support: Alton Jelks). (4:05

Review the status of the updating of the Educational Plans for each of the
colleges and the development of the Master Educational Plan for The Peralta
Colleges to include goals, PMIs, strategies and timelines (Staff Support: Dr.
Margaret Haig). (4:25 PM)
5.
Review status of the implementation of the Campus-wide Strategic Planning
Process; the establishment of definitive and measurable goals; and the
incorporation of all elements into the organic fabric of The Peralta Colleges
(Staff Support: Thuy Nguyen). (4:45 PM)

Discuss the establishment of Performance Measurement Indicators (PMIs)
that are tied to each of the basic elements of the Strategic Plan and collected,
maintained and reported using Project Management software. The
establishment and monitoring of (PMIs) would become an integral part of the
integration of a Strategic Plan into the day-to-day behavior of The Peralta
Colleges (Staff Support: Thuy Nguyen and Gail Waiters). (5:05 PM)

Discuss the establishment of Performance Measurement Indicators that are
tied directly to the “Best Practices” Standards of the Accrediting Commission
and collected, maintained and reported using Project Management software.
The establishment and monitoring of (PMIs) would become an integral part of
the integration of “continuing self evaluation” into the day-to-day behavior of
The Peralta Colleges (Staff Support: Thuy Nguyen, Dr. Margaret Haig and

provide a Management Information System to reflect resource allocation for
each of the elements in the Strategic, Educational and Facilities Plans for The
