At the March 20, 2015 District Education Committee (DEC) meeting, it was recommended that the
Peralta Community College District develop a five-year Human Resources (Staffing) plan that is
connected to the District’s Faculty Obligation Number (FON) and disconnected to the District’s
Budget Allocation Model (BAM).
