Request for information regarding CCC on Stability Funding or Utilizing Borrowed FTES to
meet their targets
At its January 29, 2016 meeting, the Planning and Budgeting Council (PBC) reviewed the FTES
status r. eport provided by VC Orkin. After a lengthy discussion a request for additional
information was made for the following:
1. A list of California Community Colleges that are currently on receiving stability funding.
2. A list of California Community Colleges that have borrowed summer FTES to meet their
annual FTES targets.
