Range 1.3 responses may include but are not limited to – acceptance, exploration, denial, resistance. Responses to events are described in terms of their effect on wellbeing. Range effects may include but are not limited to – time, progress, emotions, stress, physical effects, resolution; evidence of three. Evidence requirements 2.1 External factors that assist individuals to experience change positively are described. 2.2 External factors that inhibit individuals from experiencing change positively are described. Outcome 3 Describe personal strategies for coping with change. Evidence requirements 3.1 Strategies for coping with change that assist with the positive management of change are described. 3.2 Positive consequences of the strategies employed to cope with change are described. 3.3 The effectiveness of the strategies employed to cope with change to minimise negative consequences of change are described.
