He seemed totally student focused and aware of issues that may arise in starting up a new center. He was able to offer some suggestions regarding how to deal with start-up issues and seemed well familiar with software aspects for helping manage advisement “controls”. Relevant Experience: Candidate has extensive experience in working in an advisement center. With regards to a question about administrative experience, it seemed that documented experience might be a little short, though he has had some life experiences that may be helpful. Interpersonal Skills: His interpersonal skills are excellent. He is well-spoken, thinks before he speaks, and seems to interact well with others.
