Summary
Consultation on the reviewed unit standards 17037, 17040, and 17041 commenced in mid2010. Members of the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) National Training Team,
including moderators, were sent copies of the unit standards and asked to check the
content to ensure it was still fit for purpose, and to forward any suggested changes to the
National Training Coordinator for collation.
These changes were incorporated and forwarded to the RDA National Training Team for
their final approval. The final versions of the unit standards were endorsed by the CEOs of
the RDA and NZ Equine Industry Training Organisation.
Unit standard 23645 was revised to correct an error.
