The international labor standards are deemed as a very important instrument to measure the degree of the adjustment of governments to the economical globalization and thus have also led labor laws into the process of globalization through international labor conventions. China is encountered with various complicated problems in its simultaneous process of developing market economy and globalization. Great efforts have been made to comply with international labor laws. The author finally reaches to a conclusion that women’s labor rights protection should take not merely laws, but the whole background of a civil society’s economy and politics into consideration, and a social supporting network should play an important role in applying laws.
