Here are some useful tips which will help you for the purpose of transcription.

Using Google: Even after knowing the topic and context of the transcription, it is sometimes difficult to
guess what the words are when the audio isn’t very clear. It is best to use Google and find out.
Sometimes the auto fill feature of Google, helps you know the word quickly. So, instead of writing
what you think you heard well you can refer to Google and it helps to provide better accuracy of your
final transcript.

Using Wordweb: Wordweb is a free dictionary tool which helps you to know the accurate spellings of
words if in case you’re not sure about.
