What to Know About Transcript Editor:
The time utterances of the transcript editors are sometimes not in sync. The second line can play before the
first line. So, you need to observe carefully and change these time utterances manually. In order to edit the
time utterance, right click on the time you want to change.
Click on edit when you see the above menu. The following prompt will be seen:

Please remember that you need to change the entire time from right to left and cannot edit the 45 in
between. You need to use Backspace all throughout till you reach it and then change it. Also, remember you
have 2 digits, colon, 2 digits, colon, 2 digits and then a dot followed by 4 numbers.
Editing words:
You can use F2 key to edit a word while typing in. This saves time. You don’t need to manually right click and
edit every time you want to change something.
Also, pressing the space bar after a word lets you add a word in between the current word and the next word.
