Mitchell J. Neubert is Professor of Management and the Chavanne Chair of Christian Ethics in Business at Baylor University. He provides leadership to programs and initiatives that promote his conviction that businesses can do well by doing good. Mitchell is an award-winning teacher with a passion for developing leaders with integrity in his undergraduate, graduate, and executive MBA courses. Mitchell’s teaching and research focus on equipping servant leaders to lead individuals, teams, and organizations in a virtuous manner that results in positive change. He is a coauthor of values-based textbooks in Organizational Behavior (Wiley) and Management (Cengage). He has published in several academic journals including Leadership Quarterly, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of the Scientific Study of Religion, and Journal of Business Ethics. He also is the primary investigator for a National Science Foundation grant exploring associations of religion with work and entrepreneurship. Mitchell resides in Waco, Texas with his wife, Alison, and four children. He remains active as leadership consultant and author with Leadership Trek (www.LTrek.com). Prior to arriving in Waco, he served as the Director for Masters Programs in Organization Development at Bowling Green State University. He earned his Ph.D in OB/HR from the University of Iowa after experiences working in business and serving as a leader in a Christian ministry.
