Participants shall include the applicant and their representative(s), a locality representative, the VDOT Roadside Management Program
Administrator (SRM), the VDOT District Roadside Manager (DRM), the VDOT Regional Landscape Architect (LA), the VDOT District Area Land Use
Engineer (ALUE), a representative from VDOT TMPD Land Use Section, the VDOT Residency Administrator or their representative (RA), the VDOT
TAMS Contract Administrator (if applicable) and all other appropriate VDOT staff.

The ALUE must forward the CRMP request to the SRM, DRM, RA, TAMS Contract Administrator (if applicable) and all other appropriate VDOT staff for review and approval prior the request to being routed to TMPD for final approval by the Chief Engineer. The ALUE must also forward the
CRMP request to the Safety & Performance Management Division and the Operation & Security Division at the Central Office for review and approval if the request involves activities that impact underpasses, trails, bridges, or tunnels.
