Oliver Messiaen was a French composer.
His full name was Oliver Eugene
Proper Charles Messiaen.

When Oliver was 31 years old, France
entered against Nazi Germany in 1940.
Oliver was captured and
imprisoned by the Germans.
The guard gave him a paper and a
place to compose.
It was performed in January 1941
before 4000 prisoners and the
guard in the camp.
It is one of the most profound
musical compositions of all time
“Quartet for the End of Time”.
It shows that “we are alive and
our life has meaning.”
