Requested Deviations from RFP Terms and
Conditions and Coverage Requirements
ALL VENDORS MUST COMPLETE THIS SECTION.
Should an offeror object to any of the CNM standard terms and conditions that Offeror must propose
specific alternative language that would be acceptable to CNM. General references to the Offeror’s
terms and conditions or attempts at complete substitutions are not acceptable to CNM and will result
in disqualification of the Offeror’s proposal. Offerors must provide a brief statement of the purpose and
impact, if any, of each proposed change followed by the specific proposed alternate wording.
All requested deviations from the Request for Proposals # P-364 Section A, Standard Proposal terms
and Conditions or Section C, CNM General Terms and Conditions must be clearly defined in your
RFP response to this Attachment 9.
Any deviations to the specifications and other standards included in this RFP for the Medical and
Prescription Drug program for the Central New Mexico Community College, to be effective January 1,
2014 must also be identified in this Attachment 9.
