Put reports on Student Success Plan web page. Kate 1/24 Information Literacy: Feedback following presentation of the rubric at division meetings has been scarce. Follow—up for feedback. Janet HS/PS, Randy Tech/WFD, Jen BU/ED/LA By Feb. division mtgs The Committee decided that Culture & Community and Information Literacy will be the two CLOs to be assessed in 2011/12. C&C has never been assessed by the college. Information Literacy replaces Computer Literacy so it will be the first time to assess it as well. Reminder: Speech and Computation are the CLOs scheduled for assessment Spring 2011. Program Assessment Reports were due 10/15. Only a few have been submitted from HS/PS. Kate will be meeting with AS/AA faculty to develop a PAR for them. After December’s visit to Owens for introduction to TaskStream: Too much front-end loading. Does not communicate with BB or Encore as Owens currently using. Might do Update CLO assessment schedule; Remind faculty of 2011 schedule. Kate 1/24 PARs Webbased reporting PERSONS TIMERESPON-SIBLE LINE Janny 1/24 systems Next Meeting so with additional module/cost. Could not get a cost estimate over the phone. Too convoluted/difficult/extra hoops. Does not support direct online use of rubrics for assessment. Bottom line – two thumbs down. The Committee discussed whether to invite LiveText for a web-based information session. Kate will first check to see if LiveText integrates with BB and/or Encore (Datatel). 1/24/11, 3:30, 149F. Check for integration. Kate 1/24
