What are Learning?
Daily Objective: to be able to understand the program goal and how it will be used in badminton.

How will we learn it?

Daily Objective: Students will learn the various techniques for shooting in handball.

Warm-Up (10-15 Minutes)
Activity: (40 Minutes)
Students find a spot on a wall. Students will practice 1. A regular standing shot. 2. A bounce shot.
A running shot. 4. A dribble then a shot.
Students will stand around the outside of the goalies crease. Without a goalie in the net, students
will all shoot at the same time, once everyone has shot, everyone will retrieve their ball at the sam
time.
Now with a goalie in the net, 4 lines are formed around the outside of the goalie’s crease. All 4 ba
are shot at the same time and everyone will retrieve their ball at the same time and passed to the
next student in the line.
Review of passing:
a. Keep Away. Two teams of equal numbers, from two members upward, scattered throughout
the designated area. The members of one team try to keep the ball from the members of the
other team through passing, dribbling and moving about as per the basic rules of handball. Th
ball is awarded the opponents if a team member holds the ball more than three seconds, take
more than three steps or allows the ball to go out of the designated area.
