AQIP Steering Committee Teams Recommendations
The Systems Portfolio, part of the AQIP re-accreditation process, documents the systems and processes we use for achieving our goals relative to the nine AQIP Categories. The AQIP Steering Committee
decided to take a team approach to creating our Systems Portfolio:
 Six Systems Portfolio Teams will assist in writing the Portfolio. The Systems Portfolio Teams members will be recruited from the entire College.
 Five AQIP Steering Committee Teams will facilitate the planning and processes that will create of the Portfolio.
The purpose of this form is to help create the AQIP Steering Committee Teams.
Please volunteer yourself (mark with a “V”) and recommend others (mark with an “R”) to serve on these teams. The charges for each team are indicated under the team name.

Is contact point and facilitates processes for SP Teams;
Develops and delivers charges, guidelines to SP Teams;
Delivers SP Emphases to SP Teams;
Compiles “unresolved issues” for future reference
Communication Team
Communicates drafts of SP to larger audiences, gathers input, communicates to
appropriate SP and Writing Teams;
Provides readers for near-final document to Writing Team, provides feedback to Writing
Team;
Creates/manages electronic discussion board
Writing Team
Reviews SP Teams outlines and worksheets, provides feedback;
Compiles/edits SP Teams contributions into cohesive document;
Submits cohesive document for review;
Publishes final document on web and submits to AQIP
Resources Team
Provides training in SP and SP tools, writing style/format, MS Word templates, web
links to SP Teams;
Manages budget/resources for SP Teams
Info/Data Team
Coordinates plans and assists SP Teams in gathering info/data.
