Cheryl came and delivered the assessment tests
She will be the counselor for Julie/Suz. LART 100, W'09
Went through list of potential models, added and deleted
Discussed how to share the module time in WRC with drop-in tutor time
WIll phase in modules slowly
EWRT 190, 1/2 unit of tutoring--can keep using
everyone passed modules so far
Began evaluating written placement tests for 200 and 211 for if and what Ss would need
interms of Modules
The first batch of 211 Ss didn't actually need much
The 200s needed quite a bit
Spot checked Placement Tests
Focus for next meeting









Go over past notes work from last year and make sure we're not letting anything fall
through the cracks and making sure we're adhering to the grant
Will get those pages from Cheryl
We need 50 more PTs from each level
Pesono will have LART 211 Ss fill out exit assessment, needs to get this
How many times of year is the Placement Test offered?
Read through everyone's modules (Suz and mine is the only one on the Wiki)
Keep working on modules
Should have modules completed by the end of WInter
Should have rubric for reading placement tests by end of Winter.
