Pada mata kuliah ini, mahasiswa diajak berdiskusi untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang selalu diajukan oleh para pucuk pimpinan organisasi, yaitu sampai
seberapa jauh peranan dan fungsi teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, jasa, saluran distribusi, proses bisnis, proses manajemen,
dsb., yang pada umumnya terdapat ketertinggalan atas waktu antara saat investasi dengan hasil yang akan didapatkan.
