JOHN BRAXTON 13 INTEGRITY Rusty provided daily words of support and encouragement to a colleague who was struggling with challenging issues. This is quintessential "Rusty" as she openly displays compassion to all in need as a part of her daily personal practice. RUSTY BOYD 14 COMMUNITY Blanca Padilla took time from her busy day to help a prospective student to register for the nursing program. The student had been coming to campus several times, to register, but was having many problems... She literally took the student by the hand and walked her through the process. The student was so impressed and relieved…She talks about how nice, polite and charitable Blanca interacted with her. BLANCA PADILLA 15 COMMUNICATION Charlie Brammer exemplifies open and transparent communication, information sharing and collaboration…She is an invaluable resource for eight departmental leads that often look to her for guidance.. She possesses a wealth of knowledge about the college’s programs, processes and procedures. But most importantly, she is willing to share this information so everyone can benefit.
