STRATEGIC PLANNING AND CHANGE GREEN IMPACT ACTION PLAN 2014-15 The purpose of this plan is to set out a series of actions that will help the continued promotion and publicity of environmental issues and practices adopted as part of the Green Impact programme which ran from March to May 2015. The following actions have been agreed and will be reviewed in May 2015. # 1 2 3 4 5 6 Action A ‘Green’ themed quiz will be held annually at service meeting to promote awareness of environmental issues in a light, fun and informative fashion. Green Impact newsletters to continue on a regular basis. The team will continue to use Rainforest Certified coffee and Fairtrade Clipper tea. Continued use of eco kettle which will reduce energy usage in the Strategic Planning team. Monitor and instruct usage. Book Donation: the department will organise a regular book donation (to go to local charities and book recyclers).
