PBS TEAM ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitator/Team LeaderName: _____________________ Note-taker/Recorder- Name: ______________________ Data Analyst- Name: __________________ Communication Coordinator- Name: __________________ Time-keeperName:_ ___ Team Cheerleader- Name: _________ Administrator- Name:_ _______ Develop agenda Facilitate meeting Follow-up on assigned tasks Seek input from staff & other committees Keep minutes Distribute minutes to everyone on the team & other appropriate personnel Notify/remind team members of meeting time & location Summarize data from last previous month Bring big 5 graphs at minimum (avg., location, time, student, behavior) Present update on data Project data using slide projector &/or have copies for all team members Summarize data for any pending decisions (e.g., effectiveness of cafeteria routines) Report progress & data-based feedback to staff Create/maintain newsletters, bulletins, teachers lounge bulletins Update various staff/school groups (e.g., PTO, PLC) according to established systems Monitor agenda times and topics Keep the group focused and moving Monitor start and end times Table the subject or make a decision that is going beyond allotted time Monthly booster notes/treats for staff and team members Plan staff celebrations and recognitions Challenge staff to recognize efforts that support PBS process (e.g., handing out acknowledgement slips) Attend all meetings Make decisions about schedule adjustments that might be required (e.g., for teaching students expectations) Provide information about budget Provide information about school/staff policies Make decisions about school-wide interventions and resources required
