Stand-Up Meeting
Objective:
To provide movement, teams or
community. To encourage focused
engagement on a task or skill.
Tools:
Assignment task or activity card
Graphic Organizer, if appropriate
Time:
10-20 Minutes of preparation or set-up
to develop assignment tasks or activity
5 Minute stand-up meeting
Considerations:
 Encourage everyone to be involved with the meeting,
task or assignment
 Create prompts or activity that does not require
writing.
 Make sure to allow enough preparation time before
the meeting
 This can also be used as a pair-share activity. Thinkwrite-share.
