All exhibits will be computer entered; therefore, it is very important for you to enter all of the exhibits you plan to enter in sequence per
section. Example: enter all exhibits in Section A – Child Care A1, A7, A12, then go to Section B – Clothing and enter B1, B4, B10, etc.

have all of your exhibits accounted for. The Fair
Board and 4-H Staff will not be responsible for
any lost items.
*Items must be picked up or they will be
discarded regardless of what the item is. It is
your responsibility to pick up your items on
Sunday. If you are not able to get them, please
make plans before the fair for someone else to
pick them up.
