The Board of Trustees of the Houston Community College held a Special Meeting
on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the HCC Administration Building, 3100 Main, 2nd
Floor, Seminar Room A, Houston, Texas.

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Davila called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. and declared the Board convened
to consider matters pertaining to the Houston Community College as listed on the
duly posted Meeting Notice.

Motion – Mrs. Flores moved and Mrs. Guzman seconded to approve the items as a
consent agenda. The motion passed with a vote of 7-0. The following items were
approved:

Purchase of 6827 Palmetto Street, Houston, Texas
•
Acquisition by Purchase or Condemnation a .755 Acre Tract of Land Located
on Lyerly Street and Abutting the Northern and Eastern Boundaries of HCC’s
Northline Campus
•
Architectural Services for Early College High School and Parking Structure for
Alief Center
•
Contract for Energy Savings Performance Contract Services (Project #09-32)
•
Acquisition by Condemnation a 0.195 Acre (8500 square feet) Tract of Land
Located on the Northeast Corner of Rosalie Avenue and Travis Street in
Houston, Texas
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:03 p.m.
