Michel Sabatier
Executive Coach
Michel works with senior executives and entrepreneurs from a range of industries across
Europe. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Michel led the Consulting and Systems
Integration business for Nokia Networks for 6 years successively in Europe, Eurasia and
Latin America. Previously, Michel was an entrepreneur for 7 years, creating several
successful companies in UK, France and Spain. He has a broad business experience both
as a senior executive in large corporations and as an entrepreneur.
He specialises in leadership development, entrepreneurship and innovation to support
personal and business performance improvement. His experience of managing senior
business teams from many different cultures and countries has given him significant insights
into the challenges of the environment in which today’s executives and entrepreneurs have
to perform day after day.
Michel currently lives in the United Kingdom, but has also lived recently in Brazil, Russia and
France and spent most of his career working internationally. Michel is fluent both in French
and English.
