If so, please summarize how and why in the boxes below: Ability to communicate the career aspects of dental assisting in Nevada will be measured by evaluation of the Dental Assisting Portfolio project according to a standard grading rubric. Max Points: I 00 Category: Portfolio Overall Assignment Average: 94% Content Items: Writing, Research, Organization, Presentation. This assignment measures the students' ability to follow directions and utilize organizational skills to put together a compilation of research materials and writing assignments. The portfolio demonstrates the students' understanding of most aspects of their chosen careers. The class average for this assignment was 94% which demonstrates that instruction is meeting the needs of the student in this area. The lowest score was 78%. The criteria were reviewed to assure the grading is appropriate and the assignment depth is appropriate.
