Professor Keith Goffin is a former Financial
Times Professor of the Week and 5 star
Amazon rated author. He has extensive
experience of product development. During
14 years with Hewlett Packard Medical
Products he worked on the development of
the world’s most successful patient monitor
and designed the marketing campaign that
took defibrillators from 3% market share
to market leadership within six months. He
regularly acts as a consultant on innovation
management to leading
organisations, including
Sanofi, Agilent Technologies
and Reckitt Benckiser.
Professor Mike Bourne has authored
over 100 publications including The
Handbook of Corporate Performance
Management, Balanced Scorecard,
Instant Manager and Successful Change
Management in a Week. His research is at
the interface of performance measurement
with strategic management and control
systems. Mike spent 15 years in business
holding directorship positions in subsidiary
companies. Today he works with companies
supporting their senior
management teams through
the process of clarifying and
executing their strategy in
line with their organisational
goals. He has worked with
Accenture, BAE Systems
and BP.
