The Career Development Package
A bespoke range of initiatives has been designed to compliment a diverse international client base. This
includes access to an online portal of all current MBA and MSc student CVs; a flexible recruitment programme
tailored to client needs; and an expert matching service that pairs the right students with the right recruiters,
helping to narrow down on selection criteria and accelerate the recruitment process. Recruiters are also
invited to attend an array of high-profile networking events each year and host their own events on campus.

Cranfield’s Alumni Relations and Development Team connects over 14,000 experienced alumni in over 120
countries. The Career Development Service works closely with this network to talent match leading brands
