We are part of Cranfield University, the UK’s only wholly postgraduate university specialising in science, technology, engineering and management. Management has been part of Cranfield University since the 1950s. The University was founded on an old RAF site as the first postgraduate college of aeronautics. The School of Management grew out of industrial need for management training and was formerly established in 1967. Prior to Cranfield, Maury was at IMD Business School in Switzerland where he was Professor of Leadership and Strategic Change. After an engineering education from Princeton, followed by several years in industry, Maury pursued an MBA and PhD at Harvard and embarked on a career in business education. During his time at London Business School and IMD, he gained extensive experience developing and leading innovative executive education offerings with a wide range of organisations across industries and regions of the world.
