Lessons learned
• To get people involved you need to meet
them, invest in connecting
• The efforts before the meeting are as
important as the meeting itself
• Local governments are open to work for all
citizens instead of 85%
• People have little knowledge on human rights,
continuing attention is needed
• 12% extra sales might convince business
