Organizational Structure, Kona Gold Coffees
As the start of business, the organization of Kona Gold Coffees consists of the
following structure. In administration, at the top is our president and owner, David
Cooper. Directly under him are our office manager, Terry Jervis; our operations
chief, Bob Clay; our salesperson, Lisa Orzec; and our purchasing agent, larry
Fennel. In the office, we have an administrative assistant/receptionist, Jean
Philips. This constitutes our general and administrative overhead, although our
salesperson’s income is strictly by commission.
