As can be seen by the start-up schedule, our project start-up cost are $283,761.
Of this, we have already raised $210,000-$126,000 from David Cooper and
$84,000 from Jim Wallace. Except for cash on hand of $45,000, the balanc has
been used as shown in the start-up cost table. This table also shown that we are
using the working capital requirement of $70,000 and have equipment payable
$48,761. Netting this against our cash, we still need to raise an additional
$73,761. We are now seeking to raise $100,000 in outside investor funds to pay
off our equipment and to launch our business with additional start-up capital for
positive cash flow and a reasonable contingency reserve.
