● Thin form must be filled out completely and signed by the authorized account holder before any work will be
started (no exceptions).
●No more than 15 samples will be accepted at one time.
●Thin sections are completed in the order that they are received.
●All rocks should be clearly labeled with a water proof pen.
●All rocks will be stored for 6 month by the time of completion of work. After this time samples will be disposed. The
lab is not responsible for materials left after this time.
