Meeting called to order at 12:05 pm
Approval of Meeting Minutes From November 7, 2014
The minutes were approved without amendment.
Committee Chair Election: An election was held for a new committee chair for the term starting June 1, 2015 and ending
May 31, 2017. Steven Bale was re-elected.
There was a report on the cancellation of the meeting scheduled for December 2014.
TMCC Faculty Senate Bylaws Changes: It was reported that the changes approved by the committee and forwarded to the
TMCC Faculty Senate were approved and have become part of the updated bylaws of the Faculty Senate, modifying the
charge of this committee.
Report on Use of 3rd Party for On-line Delivery of Remedial Course Materials.
Summer School – It was reported that the modified summer school compensation policy approved by this committee went
to the Faculty Senate in December 2014 and was approved. Thereafter it was not approved by the administration.
Subsequently, a new summer school compensation task force was formed and Chair Bale is a member of that task force.
The proposals and considerations of that task force were discussed.
