Chances of acceptance at magnet schools

This report is intended to help parents be better informed about the chances of a student being offered a seat at a magnet
program.
The data is from last year's applications so it is just an approximation of what may happen this year. The number of seats
each program offers varies year by year and will not be finalized until January.
If a program or grade-level is not listed then it did not accept any magnet students.
Data is not included here for students zoned to a school-wide magnet program. They are automatically served by the
magnet program. For a program that is less than school-wide, zoned and non-zoned students are not separated here
although the number of spaces available may differ for the two categories. Generally, seats for zoned students who qualify
for a program that represents a sub-section of a school, are not limited.
There are a few anomalies in the data that arise out of timing issues. Treat these numbers as approximations.
