European Reception
$3,000 USD
The WEC brings together more than 3,000 delegates of which approximately
150 are from the European chapters. With this exclusive sponsorship you will
have a unique opportunity to get your brand in front of MPI European members
attending WEC.
MPI Responsibilities:
• MPI to secure the venue where the reception will be hosted for
approximately 100 people
• MPI will liaise with the venue to organize the food and beverage,
signage and any necessary AV requirements – usually a handheld
or clip mic
• MPI to provide the sponsor a list of European conference attendees
• MPI to coordinate the distribution of the invitations and any associated
fees including mailing
• MPI HQ must have final approval of the invitations prior to distribution
• MPI shall make every effort not to schedule the European reception
at a time that coincides with MPI Foundation events, subject to
circumstances beyond MPI’s control
• MPI will list the European Reception in the program of events on the
WEC website and in any additional appropriate materials for delegates
